The Heritage Oaks Patient Enrichment Center (HOPE Center) is an independent, 16-bed psychiatric health facility (PHF), located in Sacramento County and driven by the mission of providing mindful and caring services to our community members experiencing a behavioral health crisis.

We provide an interdisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, clinicians and mental health technicians who collaborate in delivering recovery-oriented services and offer HOPE for a better tomorrow within a comfortable and welcoming environment for adults experiencing an emergent mental health episode.

We HOPE to empower our patients with the skills needed to make choices that will reduce harm and enrich lives in a dignified and respectful environment where you can receive immediate, individualized care from collaborative staff. Our goal it is to stabilize symptoms and avoid the need for higher levels of care, while connecting you with community-based resources that may be available for additional support beyond the immediate crisis.
